Hi,

I'll tell you about my experience so far in ordering at TheOneWatches (TOW). just to let the community know about it. In advance, I have to say that dealing with Steve has been really easy, kind and quickly.
  • On 20/05 I asked Steve (by RWI direct message) about availability of the watch I wanted (Omega DSOM). He answered inmediately about my queries, saying my choice was available and they can source it.
  • On 21/05 a Ordered and payed my watch online (as agreeded). At the TOW website order status was: "Order Processing".
  • On 22/05 I sent my order number to Steve to let him track it.
  • On 06/06 I asked him about the status of the order and the same day he apologised for the delay, and told he will ask the factory and send me an email when they get all checked (since there is no progress, no email has been received so far).
  • On 19/06 I asked again Steve, and he replied the same day, saying that many factories deliveries were delayed due to raids. He asked if I wanted to change the model to one in stock (which I kindly refused).
  • On 24/06 he apologised again and told me we had to wait because of the raids.
  • On 01/07 I decided to change my order to a watch already in stock at TOW (from a list Steve sent me): Omega Planet Ocean Deep Black GMT (TOW Model-675).
  • On 02/07 Steve confirmed it was in stock ahd he will change the order accordingly.
  • On 04/07 He sent me the QC pics that I approved. And then, I proceed to pay the difference. He confirmed the payment reception and will send shipping tracking info.
So, with the help of Steve, we had addressed factories issues as best as one can do. At this moment I'm quite happy with my new choice and the support provided.

Hope this information could be useful for anyone willing to purchase a Rep watch in current days. I'll keep you updated.

Hi, final update on the watch purchase. It's been some time because of holidays, but the watch delivery was fast and perfect. Shipping was on 5th of July and the watch was received in Spain on 17th of July. It was very good wrapped and protected.

The watch looks amazing and is a really high quality product for the case and crown (both ceramic), and also for the sapphire crystal with anti reflection treatment, that let you see the hour very well in any light condition. The strap and the close clasp also looks exactly as the original. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and even more with the service and support from Steve.

MY only downturns (just to let you know) are two:
  • The case back cover is screwed in a particular position in the original watch (all the same), that is not the same as in my watch. But this is a minor thing.
  • The watch delays more than the manufacturer timegrapher indicates which was 2s/day. My measurement is 8-10 s/day. Wich is acceptable to me.
What do you think on the delay?, is it among usual values?

Bro, thank you for your feedback, Omega's replica models, after the back cover is tightened are random, the factory can not fully align the bracelet side, I hope you can understand, in addition for the replica watches, 8-10 s/day is a normal value, may not be too ideal, but within the normal range.
