First order with Steve

I am considering to buy 4 watches from Steve:

The payment options are a little mixed.

Alipay + wise transfer.

In discussion of a possible negotiation - will let everyone know how this goes.

Steve is very responsive so far and says he can deliver despite CNY delays. I am not sure if he is just saying but he said the watches are in stock.

The watches I am considering buying from Steve is:

Submariner 126610LN 41mm SS/SS Black Bezel Clean SH3235 (apparently)

Hmm unfortunately the deal could not go ahead because Steve has a certain margin which I understand. I'm surprised to hear him say that Andiot is potentially selling a fake due to the VSF submariner being cheaply listed than the clean one. Not sure exactly how this is grounds for one TD to suggest another TD is selling a fake. Perhaps it was to make a sale or to disregard potential price match. Weirdly I offered him a half way mark between Andiot prices and Steve's but unfortunately he declined. Attached is a screenshot of his accusation of another TD.




Sadly the deal cannot go ahead despite 4 watches being bundled. But again not complaining and completely understandable. Steve was prompt and always responsive. He is efficient. But the suggestion that another TD could be selling a fake of a fake (ah the irony) seems a little callous for me to consider future, big purchase business.

Let me know what you guys think. I'm new to the forum. On reddit I have seen some suggestions that Steve provides QC that has not been true. Has anyone experienced this?

I am sincerely sorry. This is Steve. I just came back from vacation and saw your post. Your message was replied by my colleague. He did not carefully check the website pictures you sent at that time, and did not know that it was a TD of RWI, which led to misunderstanding. I am very sorry. In fact, in our daily replies, we often receive customers sharing AAAA-level watch websites found through Google search, and there are also some unreal websites. Regarding this incident, I would like to make it clear that we will not comment on any TD, let alone make sarcasm or suggest to buy from us.
