First order with Steve

Thought I’d give Steve a go as the reviews here seem good. Wanted to add my order progress as it’s hit a snag some may not have experienced.
Overall experience and communication is great from Steve .

Ordered 5 watches and parts.

15 November 23 : order placed
15 November 23 : paid
QC :GL’d
25 November 23 : Tracking received for first 3 watches shipped together

12 December 23: Shipment reported damaged by customs. Policy of Steve’s chosen carrier is to have it ‘returned to sender’ I was unable to receive the package or intervene and could not get any info about the carrier.
Still waiting on a result from this. Awaiting the returned package to be received by Steve.

17 January 24 : received QC for part of the rest of my order, asked to check a detail.

29 January 24 : waiting for complete QC
and any info on returned package.

Steve has been responsive and helpful hoping for more results soon. Will keep this thread updated.

Update as of 3rd February 2024

3 of the Watches were lost during package returned to sender.
Steve is organising replacements from the factory. Great service!

Still waiting on the other two watches. One qc GL’d and the other still waiting on QC since November 2023.

This is the longest wait for an order I’ve ever experienced. Emailed Steve 22nd of February and waiting for an update. Other than that
Steve’s been responsive and understanding .

New qc photos received
27 February 2024
Approved and still waiting for a crystal and shipping options.

Still waiting on qc for vsf op from original order on
15th November 2023.

Hopefully can complete this order soon. Steve is being forward and responsive as always .
