Thought I’d give Steve a go as the reviews here seem good. Wanted to add my order progress as it’s hit a snag some may not have experienced.
Overall experience and communication is great from Steve .
Ordered 5 watches and parts.
15 November 23 : order placed
15 November 23 : paid
QC :GL’d
25 November 23 : Tracking received for first 3 watches shipped together
12 December 23: Shipment reported damaged by customs. Policy of Steve’s chosen carrier is to have it ‘returned to sender’ I was unable to receive the package or intervene and could not get any info about the carrier.
Still waiting on a result from this. Awaiting the returned package to be received by Steve.
17 January 24 : received QC for part of the rest of my order, asked to check a detail.
29 January 24 : waiting for complete QC
and any info on returned package.
Steve has been responsive and helpful hoping for more results soon. Will keep this thread updated.
