First Order with Steve Yacht-Master 126622.

After so many research and comparisons, reviews, etc. I desired to pull the trigger with Steve for the Yacht-Master 126622 40mm SS/SS Grey/Dot VSF VS3235.

So far his customer service and responses thru WhatsApp it's being top notch.

Journey Log:

4/27/2025 - Summited payment (PayPal FF)
- Received order number in secs from Steve.
- QC estimate - Two days.

I will keep updating this log as new information becomes available.

4/29/2025 - Received QC and approved.

4/29/2025 - Revised QC due to a Bezel rotation question.

4/30/2025 - Steve sent video operating/rotating the Bezel.
- I Approved and shipping process started,


5/5/2025 - As promised, received the shipping tracking in 5/7 days. Verified and confirmed label address looks good.

Update 3:

9 days after receiving tracking, the status is that UPS still hasn't received the package.

'2025-05-04 18:46 MY, Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.'

Fingers crossed.

Curious what happens, I am in the same boat with tracking with no movement for a week from Steve. Waiting patiently lol

• US specific, if you see a "Label is created in the system JAMAICA/NY" immediately 1-2 days after shipping, this does not mean your watch is in the US. Your watch is being shipped to the US with a separate shipping carrier. It will then be handed to USPS for the final leg of the journey. The USPS status will not update until that package is handed over to them.

The package is arriving to the US through a non trackable method and tracking will activate when it gets to the US and is handed over to USPS. This is extremely common and you can wait up to 2 weeks to a month before seeing movement. Especially now with all the US shenanigans in tariffs and crap.

This is common. Got a UPS notification that my package is state side after about a week or so.

Update:

Package got seized by customs. Steve offered me a refund or replacement on May 22. I opted for replacement. Got new QC on May 26 and approved. Awaiting new tracking info. On another note, I also ordered a second watch and that one got shipped by FedEx and made it to the US in a few days. Arriving tomorrow.

Steve have been communicating constantly and providing updates. Happy with the service knowing this is out of their control.

Patience is the key my friends.

Question with your FedEx shipment, was there a delay in tracking details from the time you received your tracking number to the time you saw actual shipment status / movement?

Received Cartier watch this week. Still waiting for new tracking info from Steve for the YM that got seized. Emailed and whatapp for an update two days ago but no reply yet.

Its here!!! Finally received my Yatch Master. I'm happy now.

Great to see that Steve offered a refund/replacement. I'm thinking about ordering from him.
