I've seen a number of good things about Steve's customer service and decided to place my first order with TOW. I can honestly say the service lives up to what everyone has said so far, even though I am eagerly waiting for the watch to arrive.

14/07/24 - QC email sent by Steve (missed by me as it got filtered to spam and I didn't check for it there)
16/07/24 - Steve reached out to check in about QC email (trigger me being embarrassed for missing it), GL given

Small note and something to commend Steve on - when I initially had questions I was looking for a certain style strap. Although it wasn't possible with the Ryder Cup I really wanted, Steve did not try to up-sell me. He actually suggested another, lower priced, watch that would come with the style strap I was after.
I was really after the Ryder Cup dial so figured I'll keep the bracelet & get an aftermarket strap later instead.
