First order with Steve - IWC Portuguese Chrono

Put in my first order with Steve at The One, after much agonizing over which watch to get.

Ended up getting the IWC - Portuguese Chrono IW371620 41mm SS/LE White/Blue Dial APSF A69355.

April 3, 2023: Just transferred my money over today via Wise. Waiting for confirmation of transfer.

Looking forward to the process. So far Steve has been very quick and responsive. Not used to it as my first and only other order has been with Hont.

April 4, 2023: Steve confirmed payment, that it's now "processing," and that QC will take roughly 12 days.

April 6, 2023: Steve surprised me with QC. However, the indices and markers were so clearly misaligned I immediately red lit. Shocked that the flaws were so noticeable.

Updates:

April 11, 2023: Steve came back with a new watch. I green light

April 13, 2023: Steve provides tracking info, requests that once the watch arrives I keep the sticker on the dial to make sure it's in good working order (I'm assuming in case I have to send it back).

April 25, 2023: Watch arrives

April 27, 2023: Having worn it for a couple days, I can say that it moves ahead by a couple minutes a day. As I don't rely on a watch for the time I don't mind. I removed the sticker today.

Review of experience with Steve:

Steve at TheOneWatches was extremely quick to respond, attentive, and accessible. The watch itself is stunning and gorgeous. I can't stop looking at it. I'm glad I QC'd and rejected the first offer, as I know that would have bugged me, and Steve was happy to accomodate with another one which was great.
