First order with Steve: Help needed

Hi everyone,

Just a quick post about my first order with Theonewatches.

Generally, the process up until QC was accepted was fantastic. Steve was very accommodating, never took more than 24 hours to reply,e and was able to source all the items I was looking for:

  • ZF AP 15500 v3 watch
  • AP boxset
  • Two MontBlanc pens in dark blue and red color.
Regrettably, when the order arrived one of the pens was a completely wrong model and color. I've sent him countless e-mails over the past weeks, and he is not responding to a single one of them in strong contrast to his response time in the past.

Does anyone have experience similar to this with Theonewatches or other TDs? What did you do to make the dealer take you seriously? I've tried patience, but now it's been 12 days, with no response, and I'm starting to feel like customer service only matters until you placed your order and accepted the QC.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hmmmmm very strange... This sounds entirely "out-of-character" for Steve! Theonewatches has been the most responsive, friendliest and most patient TD I have worked with so far, even after I flip-flopped, changed my order several times, couldn't decide, didn't really know what I even wanted etc. 😆

Before discussing any further steps, let me please get this obligatory step out of the way and please don't take this the wrong way, because I'm assuming that you know what you are doing as a 6 year RWI veteran member, so this is not a rhetorical assumption, but just an as honest standard request for clarification: Can you confirm that you dealt in this transaction not just with someone pretending to be Theonewatches, but the actual one?

To quickly clarify this:

1. Did you look up the contact info of Theonewatches only through using the RWI TD section or did you use Google to do so?

2. Can you please post any contact information that you used in this transaction, such as URLs, Email addresses and phone numbers?

As for my conversation with him, it's been started through the contact form on the website linked in the TD section, through [[Redacted due to phishing warnings]]@gmail.com. The website is https://theonewatches.io/index.php?route=common/home.

All the other items I received were correct, so I am quite sure I did not deal with an imposter.

OH, I am very sorry, my friend, this is not my subjective will, there must be some oversight, as you said you sent me many emails, that may be because of the system, I must have not received, because before that my emails had a crash, so many emails were not received, and both emails and WHATSAPP contact me, usually I will reply all messages within 24 hours. So if I don't reply for a long time in the future, there must be some kind of failure, and you can contact me through whatsapp.
