First order with Steve from theonewatches

Just sharing my experience with Steve.
I ordered my first rep. Mint green datejust 41.

07.12.2022 - contacted Steve and ordered watch, paid in full same day via wise.

09.12.2022 - wise confirmed payment has been sent

10.12.2022 - received QC and GL same day

12.12.2022 - steve asked me to refund the payment trough wise as he hasn’t received anything. (Not possible to refund from my side as payment has left wise). He said he will check with his bank.

14.12.2022 - Steve claims payment still hasn’t been received. Wise said they send it out to his account after I contacted them. Steve still saying he will check with his bank.

20.12.2022 - still no update about my payment.

24.12.2022 - tracking number received

29.12.2022 - received the watch. couldn’t believe it as it’s over Christmas too.

Overall Steve is a great guy and dealing with him was a pleasure. Other than the payment issue I had a great experience with theonewatches and would definitely give them another try on my second rep. Great watch for a great price.
