[h=1]Let me start by saying I had been working with a “friend” (if you could call him that) in Shanghai for over two years for my few reps. All was well until he got greedy and screwed me. That being the case, I went through all the TD’s and settled on Steve of TheOne Watches, based on comments in the Forum, and his ability to come through on a reasonable time line. I thought I would try him out as “my new TD”.
So far, communication wise he is right on top. There were numerous emails back and forth as to his ability of acquiring watches not shown on his site (which he can), etc. He responds like a businessperson, quickly and efficiently. He was honest with me about a Jaeger LeCoultre, Master Ultra Thin Moonphase being out of stock and the unknown date when it will be available, without asking me for funds prior, and having to deal with refunds, or alternatives. He was able to confirm availability on all the other watches I was looking for, so I placed my order today. He feels they should all arrive before the Holidays.
I will keep all posted on the progress, and post images of the watches after arrival. They all are conservative watches, A. Lange & Sohne, Vacheron Constantin, Lambda, and another IWC for my collection. So far I am very impressed.
