First Order with Steve (Daytona 116500 Clean v3)

Email him last night 2/17 and had a quick response by the time i woke up 2/18

Placed my order 2/18/23

My last order couldn't get completed due to my credit card not allowing the transaction. I got a friend to place a new order with me using his credit card. Order placed 6/10/23. We shall see if you goes thru this time.

QC photos and video were promptly received on 6/12/23

After speaking to Steve he said the VSF version of the Rolex Yacht-Master is more like Gen. He allowed us to change it to the VSF instead of Clean for that watch.

Watches were shipped on 6/14/23 estimated arrival via tracking is 7/14/23

Hopefully the watches come sooner .. can't wait .. 1 month shipping seems long but we shall see

Thank you for your support and trust, the tracking number query shows the longest shipping time, in the case of no delay, usually to the United States is 7-12 days, I hope you receive and satisfied soon.

Thank you Steve for the update much appreciated. I have to say Steve has excellent communication and service for those on the fence of ordering which is very important. I just checked my tracking and it looks like the watches have arrived into the port of Los Angeles. Should be arriving very soon.

Already starting to look for my next purchase

Watches were delivered on 6/27 and they look amazing!! I just want to first thank Steve and his crew @ theonewatches.io for the great customer service and great watches. If you order from them they will respond very quickly to any question, select the best watches for you, and you will not regret it. Hi, I'll tell you about my experience so far, in ordering with theonewatches. just to let the community know about it. In advance, I have to say that dealing with Steve has been really easy, kind and quickly.

• On 20/05 I asked Steve (by RWI direct message) about availability of the watch I wanted (Omega DSOM). He answered inmediately about my queries, saying my choice was available and they can source it.
• On 21/05 a Ordered and payed my watch online (as agreeded). At the theonewatches website order status was: "Order Processing".
• On 22/05 I sent my order number to Steve to let him track it.
• On 06/06 I asked him about the status of the order and the same day he apologised for the delay, and told he will ask the factory and send me an email when they get all checked (since there is no progress, no email has been received so far).
• On 19/06 I asked again Steve, and he replied the same day, saying that many factories deliveries were delayed due to raids. He asked if I wanted to chenge the model to one in stock (which I kindly refused).
• On 24/06 he apologised again and told me we had to wait because of the raids.

So I'm still waiting for the factory Quality Pics, or any news on the purchase. Website Order status is still the same.

Hope this information could be useful for anyone willing to purchase a Rep watch in current days. I'll keep you informed with any update.

Hi .. I'm sorry to hear about your journey hopefully it will be available soon. After reading your post Steve does seem to be genuinely sorry. Keep in mind that we are ordering illegal products and sadly these places do get raided from time to time. Steve so far for us has been spot on. He even allowed us to trade up with out any extra charges saying it was closer to genuine and I can say he was absolutely correct. If that is the only style that you want then maybe your best bet may be to find another TD that has that particular watch in stock and maybe get a refund if possible. If not I'm sure Steve will send it out asap. Let me know how it goes as I'm about to put in my next order soon and btw .. sick watch please post pictures when you do receive them. Good Luck
