Trust the process, there's a lot of threads where members have posted timelines. I'm sure you're excited, while you wait why not spend some time reading up?

It’s the weekend. You have to take into account the time difference and the fact that they do not likely work on weekends. When I purchased from PT, I would get an email Friday, reply, then not hear back until Monday.

Patience and understanding that you’re dealing with real humans goes a long way towards helping you cope with your excitement while lowering your blood pressure.
