First order with puretime, shipping question.

Hi everyone, after years of looking I finally placed my first rep order and chose puretime. I ordered a Speedmaster early August and approved QC pictures a couple weeks after. The watch shipped 20 days after purchase which is much faster than I thought!
My question is about shipping, I have a tracking number, but it hasn't updated since shipping a week ago, and it says its coming from New York (I assumed it would be coming from China). Anyone with more experience able to explain how shipping works and why my order hasn't updated tracking?

you will see an update from DHL once it arrives in US. in my experience it is 10 days from label created, then add 3 days after tendered to USPS. almosth there.

tracking is sometimes super wonky. Even AliX shipping sometimes shows weird things.

So don't fret too much. It will get to you.

That said, I also refresh my 17track page every hour too

It's shipped from China. This will be updated as soon as it arrives US. Don't worry

Thanks everyone and thanks Puretime. I wasn't all that worried, just wasn't sure how this process worked since this is my first purchase. Thanks for clearing it up! Ill post pictures when it arrives.

My watch arrived and it's perfect! This is my first manual wind watch, how many full turns do you recommend I give the crown to wind it without damaging the movement?
