First order with Puretime! Great so far

Spent some time on this forum doing research.
I asked to check stock on the watch I wanted and received a message within 24 hours (more like 15 hours) letting me know that it is in stock.
I placed my order and less than a week later (estimated 2-3 weeks typically) I was sent QC pictures. I approved the pics and now waiting for the next step!

So far, so great! Excellent customer service and if the rest turns out well (the watch, etc) then I will most definitely use Puretime in the future.

Update on 7/18: Received email with Shipping Tracking Number

Update 07/28: the shipping company stated that the watch would be delivered on 07/27. I checked in the middle of the day and there was no package. By the end of the day it never updated to say that the package was delivered and just said "DELIVERY STATUS NOT UPDATED." I checked the morning of 07/28 and the package was there! DHL/USPS can be a mess sometimes. Not blaming PureTime for this, just something to be aware of.

The watch looks perfect and is exactly what I wanted! The people at PureTime are very communicative with the process and I would not hesitate to buy another from them, which I definitely plan on doing as soon as I can figure out what I want! Thank you to the team at PureTime!

I received an email from Alice at PureTime checking on my package because the DHL tracking status is still not updated. Great customer service to make sure that I got it! Fortunately, I did receive it already and am happy with it. This goes to show that PureTime are good people who follow up with the delivery.
