First order with PureTime - Datejust 36 126234 Clean

Hey guys,

First time buyer and new to the forum. Ordered my first watch with @puretime a few days ago. I've gone for the Datejust 36 126234 Clean.

Order number: 100282355

02/04/2024 - Reached out to check availability. Confirmed 20 minutes later by Marie. Placed order (opted to pay using Bitcoin).
03/04/2024 - Received Bitcoin payment information. Sent Bitcoin.
04/04/2024 - Chased for confirmation. No response.
05/04/2024 - Chased for confirmation. No response.
06/04/2024 - Chased for confirmation. No response.
08/04/2024 - Received confirmation of payment from Alice and told to expect QC in 2-3 weeks.

Will update the thread with progress.

Frankly, I can understand your anxiety, especially since it is the first order, the worries and concerns are higher. Again, I am not in a position to advocate for anyone (indeed, no one needs that) but due to being objective and fair, when I look at your dates, there is a situation where the intervals you did not receive a response coincide with the Chinese holiday period, I am sure you will receive feedback soon. Of course, I don't intend to interfere with anyone's business while writing this, I just wanted to share because I have experienced similar issues due to my own experiences. There's one more thing, you are sure you shopped from the real page, right?

26/04/24 - Emailed to ask if I could expect QC soon.
26/04/24 - Received a response from Elena in less than hour stating that due to the recent serious crackdown in the rep market, many factories have had to close and that to wait a while longer while they source the watch.

While frustrating, obviously not @puretime fault and their communication has been prompt.
