First order with puretime and im getting worried!

Hi all,

I ordered my first rep watch on the 22nd May, any my payment was confirmed on the 24th May and I thought I would of received some QC pics by now? Has anyone else's order from puretime taken over 4 weeks to get QC pics through?

If yes, there's nothing to worry about, sourcing a watch can take time, depending on many factors.

You should just be patient, factory output, order queue, political situation in China and a million other things can affect your order. Even common stuff like the factory sent a wrong model and it has to be replaced. Puretime will get back to you as soon as there's an update.

I am sorry about this. Due to the raids recently, APF seems can't supply Rolex watches very soon. Please let us know if you are able to change it to a different watch or same watch from another factory. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
