Ordered AP Royal Oak Chrono, here is my timeline:
3-7-25 Ordered watch
3-8-25 Payment sent
3-10-25 Payment confirmed
4-11-25 Received email from Elena stating there was an issue with watch received and returned, please be patient for QC images from the second watch.
4-25-25 QC images received
4-26-25 GL QC images
4-29-25 Received tracking info
5-6-25 Watch received in US.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. Only issue that IMO is not a big deal, is that while chrono functions well, the return is not the flyback motion as mentioned on the website.
