First order with TheOneWatches and Steve

Ordered a Rolex Sub Date VSF 116610LN, quoted 2 days for QC and 2 weeks for delivery (1 week express).

5/07/2024 - First contact with Steve, very friendly and helpful.
6/07/2024 - Paid deposit for QC pictures, as I had some concerns about the VSF clasp and wanted to know the serial as well - Steve was happy to help and has let me know he will provide QC within 2 days.

7/07/2024 - Received QC photos - the date wheel was a drooping low and to the left, Steve helped me investigate and it turned out it was more apparent on some numbers (the ones that started with (2x)
8/07/2024 - Can't change title but we've now swapped the order to a VSF 124060 with VS3230 movement, which is in stock. Steve tells me 2 days for QC again. So far he's been fantastic and very helpful on both email and WhatsApp.

10/07/2024 - QC pictures sent of VSF 124060, was missing a timegrapher video, in the folder was attached the old video. Steve responded within an hour of my noticing and provided the correct video.
11/07/2024 - QC was approved and final payment all done.
11/07/2024 - Steve confirmed he received full payment and that he would be sending watch.
13/07/2024 - Received my tracking information for the watch! Very exciting.

23/07/2024 - It's been over 10 days and the tracking information still isn't showing up, just updating this to keep a log and not overly worried.

24/07/2024 - Funnily enough the tracking information popped up just the day before the watch was delivered.
25/07/2024 - Watch arrived and I've picked it up, it's a beaut!

Steve was amazing throughout and will definitely be purchasing from him again. Would recommend to anyone else looking for a great TD.
