First Order With Lucy

I ordered a Rolex Submariner Date 40mm - 116610LN VSF 3135 from lucy . She sent me an email with instructions on how to pay I paid and informed her. I haven’t heard anything back since I sent the payment. Looking forward getting this watch hopefully the process will be fast shipping to UK. I will keep updating this thread for future buyers.

Buying from lucy will need some patience. She will get youxa good watch but bd aware that it may take a longer time. Lucy had some health problems in the past. So asking every day is nothing which will help.

Yes im well aware she informed me about the past problems when in contact. Also ive read through alot of the threads maybe 80% of them actually and seen many of people asking for replys and for lucy to get back to emails and still choosen to order with her. She has been communicating really fast back to me within the hour actualy up until payment sent but ino she is very busy. but my post was about me documenting my first order with her and the process for first time buyers with this TD also. I ordered the same watch from her and paid on Dec 18th via Wise. We traded email on Dec 25th but then she went silent which I found out after the fact was due to her health issues. I then reconnected with her via email on Jan 15th where she provided QC pics of the other watch I purchased from her (at the same time as the SUB). Still waiting on QC pics of the SUB which I thought I would get quickly as she mentioned to me on Dec 25th she already had the watch. All that said, I too am patiently waiting and have confidence from reading the many threads here that she will deliver two high quality watches.

Update:
Lucy replied back yesterday confirming she had received my payment and that she had ordered the watch. She said she should be able to get the watch today and then she can send QC pictures over to me so so far so good.
I will keep updating this thread on progress of the order.

Nope - no SUB QC pics yet. Not sure what is going on.

Update- Received QC pictures off lucy on tuesday and her asking for shipping info if i accept the watch and she would finish QC and send to me on Friday if i was happy. Now the watch was perfect looks wise other than the date wheel being quite far off to the left and not centred I mentioned that to lucy in my reply on tuesday ( same day I received QC pictures) and asked is there a way we can fix that as many other VSF models ive seen the date is perfectly centred. But i still havent had a reply but i do understand she can be very busy but just wondering how would she finish QC and send out watch on friday ie (adust movement, clean dust, test for 2 days) if she hasnt seen/replyed to my email with my concern of watch.

Also Forgot to mention i didn't get timegrapher picture of watch in QC pictures.

I choose lucy because ive read that she is excellent with QC and going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for her customers with the watch unlike other TD in forum but the date wheel was a big let down on this watch but hopefully this will get sorted and Lucy replys soon.

Update

So after receiving QC pictures on tuesday and was told by lucy to send shipping details if i accepted and liked the watch so she could send on that friday i emailed her back almost instantly and said about not wanting to accept the watch because the date wheel was not centred and was way off to the left and is there anything we can do to solve this problem. I still havent heard of lucy or received a email back with a answer to the problem but was told the watch would be shipped on friday if i gave the GL so im sure she has seen my follow up email/emails and has choose not to reply to resolve the problem other wise there would be no way she could of sent the watch on friday as stated if she has not read the email if i did accept the watch. We all understand that lucy is busy and takes time to reply but to see a email and not just give a quick reply or update on how we can go about getting another watch or being able to fix the problem is abit of a let down after putting trust in her over the many other TD’s in the forum . If u read this lucy please reply to email of resolution and keep your loyal customers updated

As update : I received SUB QC pics yesterday Jan 28th. She mentioned in the email that she rejected the 1st SUB due to a flaw on the bezel (she sent a picture of that with the QC pics). I gave her the GL on the QC pics but asked for time graph pics of the SUB and the IWC I ordered so waiting on those. She also mentioned she was trying to get my watches shipped before CNY / within the next couple of days.....

I got tracking number February 1st also and can track but it's been saying the same thing since Feb 3rd - "Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 2:44 am on February 3, 2024. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package."

I received both watches last Friday Feb 16th. Both look great.
