Hi all, I've been meaning to write this for days but never got round to it.

I bought an XF 15202IP V2 with the polished bezel from JTime, it's currently on the way to Vietnam. This purchase entails multiple firsts for me: first time buying via WhatsApp, first dealer with a private agent in Vietnam, first purchase made with bitcoin.

Final price was $488 +$35 (shipping) - $25 (5% discount for BTC payment) = $498. We checked the USD/BTC on xe.com and agreed on the BTC amount ~0.0274 BTC then). It took about 20 minutes for Li to receive the BTC.

General timeline:
- Dec 4: First contact (actually inquired about a GMF Day-Date 40);
- Dec 10: Chose and paid for the XF 15202IP V2;
- Dec 17: Received QC photos and approved;
- Dec 18: package sent and tracking available;

It should take about 10-15 days to arrive, I'll update this post when it arrives.
Me and Li spoke on WhatsApp, and at most it took him a day to answer my questions. He was also super helpful and answered all my concerns. Back in 2018 I bought a couple of rep watches and got burned on the shipping fees and import taxes, so I pressed Li hard to help me avoid such a mistake this time. He said JTime had a private agent in Vietnam as they have shipped watches to VN before, which was very reassuring.

Overall, I would rate my experience with JTime so far 9/10 (the final 1 point is pending the arrival of the watch), and I'll update this post when I have it.

UPDATE: the watch has just arrived a couple of hours ago. Overall it's amazing! (minus 2 minor cons)

It took 23 days for the watch to arrive at my address, which was a little longer than I'd hoped, but considering it was the holiday season, I can see why it took that long.

The package was about 1.5x an iPhone box (the ones with the charger included). The watch itself was contained in a foam box, with bubble wrap for protection. The very smooth and shiny bezel came with a plastic cover to prevent scratches, and the caseback and bracelet were wrapped in plastic (very easy to peel off).

As for the quality of the watch, I have nothing to complain about. After unwrapping it, I wound and shook it a few times and it's up and running without any hiccup. The bezel is VERY shiny, which I absolutely love. We all know that the links are not polished like gen, so nothing else to say there. The watch has a good weight, and feels comfortable on the wrist. The color of the dial is perhaps a bit too dark and the smoked-blue gradient effect is not apparent under room lighting, but I haven't seen the gen in real life, so I'm just basing that on the photos I see online.

But really though, even if it's not as close to the gen 15202IP as it could have been, it's still a very, very convincing 15202. In fact, think of it as a 39mm ST with a polished bezel. Most importantly, I feel great while wearing it, so it's good enough for me.

Only 2 things are minuses in this particular watch. The AP logo on the clasp a little bit scratched up. Sure, it's not something I would see much of, but it's slightly annoying when I think of it.

The other minus is the loud rotor. Strangely, it's not consistently making a sound when moving about, so it's only an infrequent annoyance.

All things considered, I'm very pleased with the watch, and I'll be buying from JTime again in the near future.
