Hello together,
I ordered a ZZF V2 with 2836 Movement from Jtime.
I thought about to write the hole e-mail conversation down, but thats way to long.
Here is the short story.
Till i Place order and make payment on 27.04.2020 we already had 22 Mails start at 25.03.2020.
Li takes his job serious and was everytime friendly and patient.
I had a lot of problems because of corona and payment. I wrote him that i will send payment, on the same day, my work say we have short time work.
So i say i can´t send payment, but i promised him that i will buy the watch on jtime. After few days all was good on work an i could finally pay for the watch, but at this time the watch was out of stock, so i had to wait till 27.04. to make the order.
I got the QC pics on the next day from Lana. Lana is super friendly and hat much patience in the hole time between 28.04.2020 till 15.06.2020 - we had the longest conversation with round about 40 E-Mails.
On 01.05.2020 i got the mail with the shipping number.
On 22.05.2020 i asked about the order because my tracking number says since 30.04.2020 just the same: "Baiyun, Guangzhou, China, Shipment arrived at facility and measured. 2020-04-30 22:48
She answered on 24.05.2020 that she will check it, and replied with a status that the package was already delivered on 13.05.2020, with another trackingnumber, not the one that i got on 01.05.2020.
On this point i thought wtf where is my watch, and then i remind of a package that i got from china with masks. You know, the masks that everyone has to wear because of corona.
I thought it was masks from a china seller from ebay, because i ordered shoes from him, that i got on 12.05.2020 wrapped in foil and on 13.05.2020 i got also a package wrapped in foil. My fault was that i didnt assigned it to the delivery from jtime, but that because the trackingnumber was not the number that i got from jtime. My lovely wife took pictures from the masks and the wrapped up package on 13.05. that she send via whatsapp to me (i was at work) and asked me if i ordered masks, i said no, but as i saw how it was wrapped i thought its from the china shoe seller, the return shipping address was also the same as from the shoes that i got, very lucky that she has make some pictures because it helped me a lot to give jtime a proof and jtime could take the pictures and talk with their agent.
I dont know how the story went down with jtime and their agent that probably mixed up packages, but on 12.06.2020 i got new qc pics from a new zzf V2 and accepted it.
Yesterday 27.06.2020 the watch arrived and i have to say, that its an amazing piece.

I will definitily order again at jtime. And i can highly recommend them, they answered my questions very fast and friendly. Real professionals!!! Thank you again Li and Lana!!! And sorry that i stressed you guys so much after we find out that the agant has mixed up the packages!
