Hello fellow watch enthusiasts!

Newbie to RWI, however, have been researching and reading (almost a year) before pulling the trigger on my first purchase.

First and foremost, kudos to the entire community and mods here. If you're really into horology, you can find trusted and detailed information right here. Case in point - i was trying to understand the 3235 (vs 3135) movement in detail to see if i could do a bit of self-regulation, and managed to glean a lot of insights with a substantial amount coming from this forum.

On to my review with Jtime:

10 Dec 2022 - Paid in full upfront
15 Dec 2022 - Initial QC photos received from Lana.
17 Dec 2022 - I noticed the datewheel numbers were pretty off, so i sourced (Google's your best friend) for Gen photos and did a side by side showcase back to Lana/Li with my RL and requested for another. Li responded within the same day and agreed with the RL.
25 Dec 2022 (xmas!) - Made my day when i received QC photos of the replacement watch. Looked perfect and GL-ed it.
02 Jan 2023 - Received my very first rep and it's been amazing so far for the past 3 mths. There was a bit of an initial issue with the movement of the rotor ("sticky" is the best way to put it) and i was researching on my own on how to make it better, and managed to resolve it by taking very measured steps. What was surprising was the lack of available information on such an issue so I can only conclude it's a relatively rare occurrence, and not something apparent that the TD can spot at all.

Two thumbs up for the great experience with Jtime and will continue patronising with them in future. Am eyeing a non-rolex GMT next for travels.
