First order with Hont - 7mm thick Bulgari Octo

20th April Whatsapped Hont requesting this watch.

21st April Hont asks for photos which I sent

22nd April Hont confirms they can source from BVF and I ask how much and how to pay

23rd April Hont says 378 usd. I say yes and ask if I can pay through TransferWise

24th April Hont says how to pay.

TransferWise takes 6 days to let me log in because of an email issue.

30th April I pay Hont. I accidentally pay 372 usd as I did math wrong, so send another 6 usd. Send screenshots of both payments. Hont previously asked to call after I paid but Im waiting until Monday to call.

Will keep updating. Happy with Hont so far, they have been much faster responding thank other TDs.

2nd May Hont asks for an email with order info and shipping info.

6th May I receieve QC photos and video. It looks good.

9th May I say I accept the watch in the QC photos and video

12th May Hont gives a link to the package shipping. Its currently in a sorting center.

excuse the question perhaps from an inexperienced, but is it normal that the second hand continues to work even when you adjust the time?

Not seen or heard anything since 16th May when it was handed over to airline. Which was 4 weeks ago now. Slightly worried I'll be getting a letter soon, but will keep waiting for another 2-4 weeks then figure out next steps if its not arrived.

If you move time forwards while thecrown is pulled out then the second hand starts moving even when setting time. If you move the time backwards with the crown out then the second hand stays still or moves backwards slightly.

I don't know how gen movements compare I am a total noob myself.
