First order with Ctime - Omega worldtimer

Hi all,
I've decided to get an Omega worldtimer with Ctime, and will try to document my journey (this is my first time so i am still very new to things.)
7/3/24: asked if they have it available (they did not, but I could preorder)
7/4/24: paid $50 deposit for pre-oder, gave my info, and waited
7/12/24: received QC photos and videos
7/13/24: Approved QC and paid

7/15/24: received image of watch and shipping sticker w/ tracking info
8/5/24: asked to see what is the status, and it seems like it has been in customs since 7/30/24
8/15/24: asked about how long customs usually takes, they said they will get back to me... (still waiting atm)

8/30/24: after waiting a whole month after the status not changing, i asked about the status, which Ctime offer a new QC, which I accepted
9/6/24: new QC Photos given, and accepted.
9/8/24: received tracking number for new shipment.
9/20/24: status still pending (marked as "departed shipping partner facility" since 9/12)

(has anyone else have these delays?)

9/22/24: Looks like it made it past Customs
9/24/24: In my city, should be arriving today.

it's unfortunate that the process took so long (while it seemed so seamless for other people), but I do really appreciate Ctime for being very professional about it and made the whole process easy
