The movement is different, the other marked at 498 is a 3186 movement and the 568 is a 3285 movement.
I am new to the game so definitely nowhere close to an expert, but can tell from the research that 3285 is a lot better and reliable.
Plenty of posts here will outline the difference. I am still figuring out how to link articles else i would have directed you to some of the content on here.
Just a teaser - power reserve for 3285 is circa 70 hr / power reserve for 3186 is circa 48 hrs!

Different movement. The best movement on the market right now is the DD3285. Which has just been released.
