TLDR:
Anyone who's buying their first rep, deciding on a TD, on the fence about ordering or has their order delayed should be confident that Ctime will take care of everything regardless of what the issue is.

I've put as much detail as I can regarding my experience so hopefully it will answer some questions and give an idea about what to expect and different possible situations.

I decided to buy a Daytona 126519 so I got in touch with Liana at Ctime to get some advice on which rep manufacturer to go with. They have alot of detailed gen to rep comparison posts on RWI so I wanted some suggestions since they handle lots of rep's and can make a more accurate assessment of quality. Decided on the CF Daytona and placed the order through their website, got payment options and instructions in an email. Payment was easy to send, ctime confirmed they got it within 2 minutes and everything was straightforward.

Got lots of QC photos within about 3 days, I'm assuming they examine each watch very carefully before choosing it because everything looked perfect. They sent pics of the accuracy and waterproof testing then I measured my wrist and sent her the details ( you need to choose the right strap combination to fit your wrist with the rubber versions). They shipped it out and sent me the tracking info.

It landed in the states 10 days later and after a few days tracking said "Customs Inspection Pending Release" which I believe is normal. I saw most people receiving their orders in roughly 2 - 4 weeks and I've been busy so not in a rush to get it. I checked a week later the status hadn't changed but nbd. Checked it a few days later still no change so I contacted Ctime they said it happens give it a little time. After about 10 days the status still hadn't changed so at this point I assumed it got seized. Contacted Ctime they got in touch with the shipper and started whatever process they have to deal with this situation, said they'll contact me in a week to get started on a replacement.

Ctime contacted me a week later and started processing a replacement, three days later they sent me the QC pics. Again everything looked perfect, confirmed the strap size and they sent it out. Two weeks later it showed up at my door.

Watch is flawless as far as I can tell and really couldn’t be happier with it. Overall it took about 6 weeks due to the customs seizure which is pretty amazing considering they likely took a loss by having to provide two watches for the price of one. So I'd recommend them and I'll be placing my next order through them.

It's refreshing to read a review, after the fact, and am glad to read the positive outcome after the initial hiccup.
