16/8/23: Replied to check on stock availability
16/8/23: Received reply from Chazing Time: not in stock yet, but will get new batch from clean factory next week
16/8/23: Payment made

21/8/23: no email/website confirmation of payment
21/8/23: sent email to check payment - no answer after 18 hours

22/8/23: sent another mail to different email - and got answer, that they diddn't received payment
22/8/23: checkt with my bank, that everything was fine - SEPA bank transfer normally needs 1 day
23/8/23: no confirmation of payment

Sorry but is that normal? My bank agreed that money is transfered correctly - but ctime did not confirm yet.
i am getting little bit nervous now.

Waited another 6 days, without any confirmation... Now its 13 days since payment, without any confirmation.
i wrote an email (to 3 different emails of Ctime) on Thursday.. and until now i get no Answer (5 days ago).
For me its no Problem to wait for a watch for some weeks, but i want a confirmation of my payment. I sent 550 euro (660 dollars) and for me its a lot of money.

Before my payment (after order) i ask for the stock before payment, and i get 3 emails in 30 minutes. They had such a fast response.
After Payment i dont get any answers.
At the Moment for me CTIME is a Scam and its not a trusted dealer.

Please can anyone help me what to do now? My Bank confirmed that bank transfer was sucsessfull.

Hey man,

Sorry to hear about the delayed confirmation of payment. The email that confirmed my payment was [email protected].

Sometimes an email can fall through the cracks or they get backed up with orders. I would take solace in the fact that they execute hundreds, if not thousands of orders a month and perhaps you'll be receiving QC pics from Alice soon.

Just be patient - it will get worked out. That's why we have this forum - reputation is everything.

I also made an order and transferred the money 14 days ago.
They said that their bank rejected the transfer, event though I sent it to the correct banc account (chazing confirmed) and that the funds will be returned to me.
Until today I haven't got the money back, but my bank confirmed it has been transferred correctly.
I purchased 2 times before (but tansferred to another account) and there were never issues.
I will have to wait some more days, but this is really strange ,, chazing is saying I have to be patinet... but it's not a big deal to retun me the money if it has been rejected, (for no reason) ? why does it take 2 weeks?

The problem i diddnt get any feedback from them, while sending some emails to them.. Also sent the screenshot of my bankaccount and they diddnt reply. i dont know what to do here...

Their payment instruction was an account in Hong Kong. It's where I have sent the money. My bank confirmed the transfer.
Chazing says that the money is not on their account, and that htheir bank rejected the payment and that it will be returned to me.
They can not tell me why it has been rejected. I shall check with my bank. But there is nothing to check, as the funds have been transferred already.
I will wait a few days more, then I need to escalate it.

I transferred money tho their account on 22nd. My bank said that was processed and completed by them on the 24th. I sent CT a screenshot of the transfer confirmation. They advised on Tuesday they still hadn’t received it and have heard nothing since

That is the same like me. They do not reply on any email anymore. After sending money. Before that they answered within 30 minutes.

But i comes even more scary: I wanted to log-in at ChazingTime - website to see if they changed my order-status.
My password didn't work in the morning. So i reseted the passwort. After login i try to check my order-status, and now they say "No order has been made yet."

Where are you located?

Got my money back after involving rwi-help desk. Before that chasingtime did not response to mails anymore.

Never ChazingTime again. Would not recommend to anyone here - very bad Communication.
