This is my first order with ChazingTime and I requested to pay with PayPal goods and services. I was told that fine but would need to pay by my Paypal balance. They don't accept funding Paypal payment via card. They send a invoice for half the price of the purchase and will send the reminding balance invoice later. Is this normal?
