First order with Chazingtime, cartier santos GF

Nov 14- order placed
Nov 18- transferred the money thru WISE, emailed Chazingtime the receipt and they confirmed that as per receipt, the funds will be available to them on 23 Nov
Nov 24- emailed them to confirm receipt of funds, no reply
Nov 27- emailed them again to confirm receipt of the funds, no reply
Today (Nov 28)- no reply so far since I transferred the money

I'm just a bit worried since I haven't received any reply since I completed the transfer. Before that they used to reply very promptly for any of my enquiries.

If you have taken any time to read about current delays in sourcing watches you'd understand. This isn't Amazon. You're dealing with counterfeit goods. The dealers have no interest in delaying the transaction. They do their best to source the watches, but are at the mercy of the factories that make them.

I understand and don't mind delays. However, the lack of of communication after payment is what threw me off.

Our TD's and factories are trying to run a business while the police are looking for them to shut them down and put the boss in jail. Everything takes longer. If you think this is slow wait till you see how slow it gets during Chinese New Year.

I received the QC photos (which went to my spam folder) on 3 Jan. I approved it on 5 Jan.

Thank you all. I received the watch on the 25th of January. There was a delay of about a week due to the shipping company messing up, so the true delivery was on 18th.
