had some questions and got super quick responses. Order placed yesterday and payment sent via PayPal Today.

Sorry to hear this! Are you sure you ordered from the correct website? How did you send payment? And have you reached out to them here on the forum?

I too am sorry to have to talk about it on the forum.
Yes, this is the right site, this is not my first order from Chazing.
Until now everything was going perfectly well.
Thanks for the advice, I will contact them via the forum.

Was told I would have to wait for QC pics until after CNY.

Follow up email sent today for status of pics.

Received quick reply. Advised must continue to wait as VSF doesn’t issue watches on a daily basis.

Unfortunately it does not appear the factory will be issuing this watch. I do not fault chazing time for this and they were a pleasure to work with. All emails were responded to promptly and I have been issued a refund for my order. I wouldnt hesitate to order from them again.
