FIRST ORDER WITH ANDREW // UK TRIANGULATION

I have recently placed an order with Andrew from trustytime for a Pam961 Carbotech Militare Green ( https://trustytime.shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=37_47&products_id=20750 ). The communication with Andrew was flawless from the beginning to the end, this guy was super quick to answer any of my questions / worries, always and literally within hours even on the weekends (it just blew me away !!) I have to admit that I was, at some point, a pain in the ass as the watch got stuck once arrived in France somewhere in a warehouse for 14 days and without any update until it was delivered but it was certainly not Andrew’s fault, and he did his best to comfort me and gave me some news, and told me to be patient as they never had any problem with UK triangulation in the past ( but I know that he was ok to work on a solution if the watch did not show up ). So yes, Andrew was of great advice before the order, he is a great salesman, extremely efficient and ultimately, he made me confident through the whole process. Honestly, I have never had such a good communication with a TD plus payment was done through PayPal family and friends, and it is just so simple (even if a small commission has to be paid but it worth it 1000 times). For those who still hesitate to order to Trustytime, do not anymore, Andrew is the guy and the quality of the watch is also awesome. I will very soon order my second watch and I am happy to say that Andrew is now my official new TD. Thanks again Andrew !!

Here is the timeline of the order and the quality pics received at the beginning of the process:

22/04 - Order and payment made
24/04 - QC pics received
25/04 - Checking for a small detail with happened to be a lightening problem
26/04 - New QC pics received and accepted
28/04 - Package sent by Special Air Mail to UK
12/05 - Delivered at Andrew’s UK agent
13/05 - Package was transhipped to France
15/05 - Arrived at Roissy International Airport
29/05 - Watch delivered to the final destination with a happy new owner

Hello ! petite question, combien de temps est-elle restée en traitement après être arrivée à Roissy ?

Car mon colis est arrivé à roissy depuis plus d'une semaine et est parti il y a 6 jours de Roissy.. depuis, plus de nouvelles.

14 jours sans aucune nouvelle sur le tracking donc rassure toi c’est normal, les temps de traitements sont plus longs avec la situation actuelle. En fait la montre était sortie de Roissy et est restée en traitement environ 12 jours au centre de Chelles avant d’être remise en distribution. Patience !! Avec Andrew aussi ?

14 jours sans aucune nouvelle sur le tracking donc rassure toi c’est normal, les temps de traitements sont plus longs avec la situation actuelle. En fait la montre était sortie de Roissy et est restée en traitement environ 12 jours au centre de Chelles avant d’être remise en distribution. Patience !! Avec Andrew aussi ?

D'accord là ce matin j'ai : Atc delivery office. Je ne sais pas combien de temps ça va prendre mais ça a enfin bougé. Oui avec Andrew 2 montres sympas
