First Order with Andiot - VSF Datejust 41 Silver Dial

After many years as a viewer and researcher on RWI, I have finally placed my first rep order with Andiot.

I am thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness of Elliot and the selection of reps on their website. I will provide a play-by-play of my experience from order to receipt of the watch.

11/25:
- Placed order through Andiot website.
- Confirmed with Elliot through Whatsapp that the watch I want is available. Elliot responded immediately.
- Sent payment. Very impressed by the detailed documentation of the payment process sent in text via email, but more-so the screenshot walk-through on their website. Elliot confirmed receipt of payment via Whatsapp almost immediately.

I await QC pictures and will update everyone as I progress the the process.

Update:

12/1:
- Received QC pictures from Elliot. Everything about the watch looks great.
- I had one concern, it looked like the serial number on the rehaut was missing the two last digits (please see attached picture). I assumed this was because of the camera angle. Asked Elliot to confirm and he acknowledged my request almost immediately.

12/2:
- Received updated QC pictures showing entire serial number on the rehaut.
- Signed off on the QC pictures and asked to ship.



Very happy with the customer service and response time from Elliot. Excited to see the watch in RL.

12/4: Elliot has confirmed the watch has been sent to the logistics service provider. Hoping to receive tracking in the next 48 hours.

12/11: Watch has been received and it looks better than the QC pics. Elliot was a pleasure to work with and I could not have hoped for a smoother transaction.
