First Order - Why no confirmation email yet ?

I placed an order on Sunday evening (uk) but still havent had a confirmation -
the money had left my account
Ive emailed about this but no reply, hence asking the question here

I placed an order with PureTime last week. Currently, they are on holiday with Chinese New Year.
They do still respond but I would give them a few days between communications due to the holiday.
It is a national holiday that lasts for a week (this week). They will be back up and running next week.

thanks rob for the mansplain and exclamation mark. im guessing you dont also work across apac, where euro-centric businesses like mine skew their holidays and working hours to match client markets and timezones. Nobody is expecting the factory to produce a watch, but an email to reassure that the money hasnt gone into a scam black hole would be a good idea for a business like this where trust is everything

If you expect full costumer service 24/7 maybe consider buying a gen watch (swatch has some pretty good models). If you want a rep. From a trusted dealer who has correctly written closing times during CNY on his website, just be patient man
