First order - watch has been taken out of the package on the way...

I've placed my first order with Jtime on February 2nd for a GMT Master II 126713 SS Clean 1:1 Best Edition Black Dial on YG/SS Jubilee Bracelet DD3285.

Everything went great, communication, payment, QC. Today my packaged arrived (in Germany) and it was completely empty.

It seems to have been opened and reasealed at some point on the way here as the clear tape inside was cut and the outside had a seemingly fresh clear tape around it.

I immediately sent a mail to Jtime getting the response they have to check with their shipping agent and then letting me know on what the next steps are.

I am really devastated as I was really looking forward to my watch and also paid around 700$ for it.

Will be updating here when I got an answer from Jtime on how to proceed with this.

Yes unfortunately. Yeah I took photos of it, even sent a video over to Jtime. I hope they come up with a good solution tomorrow. I already told them that I am not looking for any monetary compensation, I just want the watch I ordered. It was my first replica purchase ever and something like this happens.... Maybe I am just really unlucky.

Situation is really shitty as I can't proof anything besides sending pictures and videos of the empty box to Jtime.

Would love to know if anyone around here faced a similar situation.

Thanks! Yeah my package looked almost identical to the one in the thread you linked. Except mine was better rewrapped, so you couldn't see it was opened from the outside right away. I recieved some other packages with the watch package as well, so I didn't notice the light weight of the package itself until I opened it (wouldn't have accepted it if I had noticed this earlier).

This is a real horrible first experience ordering a replica. I knew it could be risky but I never thougt something like this would happen. I really don't know how someone can be happy about something he stole from another person.

Update: Jtime messaged me and said it is likely that the watch was stolen as early as the first transit. He said they will send me a replacement! This is really great CS.

Now let's hope the new watch doesn't get stolen... I will be updating here, once it arrives!

Sounds like great CS and maybe a place I should look into for my first. Any recommendations (short of shipping in a safe ). Good luck, hope it ends well for you.

I ordered from Jtime to Australia, and I also experienced an empty package on arrival. Jtime sent me a replacement immediately, I can’t fault their customer service, however their supply chain has question marks
