I want to share my experience ordering a watch at TheOneWatches, which is until now great, except for the payment delays via Wise.
12/20/22 - Asked via WhatsApp how long it could take because it wasn't in stock. Super fast reply with all details and that it should take 15 days
12/20/22 - Paid 50$ via Wise as a deposit
12/30/22 - I received the QC images and two videos (after ten days), everything fine and I approved it the same day
12/30/22 - Paid the outstanding amount via Wise
01/02/23 - Money transferred according to Wise - not received
01/05/23 - Asked for an update via WhatsApp - not yet received
01/06/23 - Asked for an update via WhatsApp - not yet received
01/06/23 - Transfer receipt sent to search for the money, and they offered to use faster shipping as I will be on vacation soon
In conclusion, next time, I will use a different payment method. Steve offers amazingly fast, friendly and helpful service.
