Just placed order on their website, and wire transferred payment from the bank; extra 10% discount was indeed fair, considering I had to cover all fees from my bank and receiving bank.

First order was abandoned as PayPal had a $1k limit; subsequently I placed a new order from their website and referenced the new order ID on the wire transfer memo as per instructions.

Activity Log:

November 8, 2023: Ordered from website and checkout accordingly.

November 8, 2023: Wire transferred all the funds from bank and awaiting receipt, acknowledgement & order processing.

This TD has excellent customer support and well articulated with instructions so far; I particularly appreciate how patient they were with my series of questions before placing my order officially.

Is it reasonable to decline based on dial alignment issues? Because off by 2 seconds is near perfect otherwise.

Gen has the swiss on the bottom and the date is fine too, to me I would GL

I would GL, however the Swiss is covered by the bevel and the 12 o’clock marks create a V shape because the top gap is larger then the bottom.

Image no.3 is GEN, and it’s included here for easy comparison.

Let me ask you some questions. What flaws have you observed on the gen Patek 5711's. I ask because that should be the first thing floating around in your mind. Once you absorb that, understand that you're buying a cheap chines replica of a million dollar watch. Do you hold the replica factory to a higher standard than Patek ?

Look I get everyone’s constructive advice and that it’s coming from a place of goodness. However I’m not suggesting that reps need to look and function perfectly both outside and internally.

I’d rather the basic external look is corrected in terms of alignment and spacing so that it doesn’t create a daily eye sore for the end user. In retrospect, the internal parts and movement doesn’t need to be perfect since my intention is not to showcase the watch to any other watch enthusiasts, collectors or persons for that matter.
I’m quite content with a functional time piece that is at the very least centred and the one gap at the 12 o’clock marking be straight for goodness sake (this is basic QC request, for any watches of lesser or no branding).

I’ve only got two questions (and this is not an open invitation for witty opinions or anecdotal advice), more so just yes or no votes.

Worth challenging/disputing (y/n)?

(1) 12 o’clock markings ~ V-shaped misalignment dispute?

(2) Swiss fonts on bottom dial covered ~ dial not centered?

Not to be condescending, but sample constructive responses should look like:
