Hi there,

After 2 days in discussion by email with Lucy, she is available and well communicate about the request.
I'm just forward her my frist bank transfer (by Wise) to purchase my first replica of DJ , coming from VSFactory.

10 Nov. 2023 = Order + Payment set ;)

Add information : VSF confirmed the watch is on stock in couple of days after payment receive.


Update of today :
18 nov 23 , pictures received , not really informative / representative due to no high resolution of the pictures.
Also, the date bulb seems to be not aligned.
I asked her others pictures about that point , and her comments as she is a specialist.

Update of yesterday:
Information received about my DJ which received it from her watchsmith as she says, after cleaning and said me all is perfect.
But no QC pictures, only her comments.

She asked me my shipping information and she will send it soon, next step is the tracking number to follow the package.

Hope she could send it quickly has promised more than 1 month ago
(For a stocked item 😜)

And this week a problem with her post office ...

I'm waiting patiently but for sure it'ss very long for a part in stock :LOL:
It appears she will send me the tracking number tomorrow because my watch is ready to ship.

When you choose Lucy, the first thing you should know is her excellent service comes with a price, namely wait. Yes, she is good but slow because it takes time for her to hand-pick anything for you. So don't jump up and down for just a few days or a few weeks to wait, someone did wait for like 6 months and still get the rep.

I respectfully hold a different perspective, and I believe there's a crucial aspect being overlooked.

I am not sure about the thread starter, but my concern isn't solely about receiving the item or securing a refund in due time, as I trust that will eventually happen.

The issue lies in the expectations set by the seller. The assurance of the item being in stock and obtainable within two days was the premise. For someone who anticipates an item within two days and ends up waiting for weeks or months, it's understandably disconcerting. I don't intend to discredit patience, but it's reasonable to question delays when promised timelines aren't met. I, for example, would not have purchased the rep from Lucy if I had known that I had to wait for months.

I acknowledge that she takes her time to find a good watch and unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. However, this discussion goes beyond that, and I'd rather not delve into it here.

I kindly ask not to assume a stance of superior patience while disregarding others as impatient or childish. It's about managing expectations and understanding reasonable concerns.

Your answer lies within your own post...you SHOULD have known...had you done just a little research on the Seller (your responsibility, since it's your money), all would have been crystal clear...and you could have simply chosen another TD.

No one is disrespecting you, simply stating that all will work out just fine, and you will ultimately be very satisfied...with a bit of PATIENCE. Best to you...and when your beauty arrives...don't forget to enjoy it. 🍻

I agree with piano man when the seller is catch you saying the watch is it stock and 3 days after it could be sent, but it’s a big lie.
I prefer to ear the watch could be in stock but you will need to wait 2 weeks because of bla-bla-bla ..
I’m salesman and I can’t sell something with these argues to catch the confidence’s customers in future.

After, for sure, I’m ok to wait to have my request but don’t stay without any news during couple of weeks when the watch seems to be in stock.
It’s not serious. Ok she is certainly very busy, but need to be more transparent on this and no worry I could by others.

After that, the feedback is known about her lonnnnnnnng delivering time so now, we are aware 😂

So long to have it (even saying « in stock ») but I’m happy with for the moment !
(Only the deviation : -10sec in less than 2 days, and the 70h reserve isn’t there .. around 53h not more)

Regarding the accuracy, if it's really your concern, you should take it to a watchmaker for a full service. Normally it will get better. Same story to the reserve since you have no idea if the factory has put enough or too much oil inside the barrel.
