First order through Andiot - 116610 Sub

Having lurked around here for a little while and absorbed as much info as i could - i made the plunge and ordered a Submariner 116610 40mm today.

I've been conversing with Elliot (over whatsapp) for a few days about stock levels and how to order and pay and he has ben extremely helpful in responding to my many questions.

Wil update as my order progresses.

received QC pics on the 20th March and I approved same day - the watch looked great.

I actually "found" the pics on Andiots gallery and approved by whatsapp.

Tracking data was available by the 22nd and i'm now following its progress as it makes its way to me.

Ordered twice from him now and both experiences have been excellent!

a bit of a flurry of activity since i last updated.

Track17 shows every detail - i assume whenever the parcel is scanned - so there are a few times you think the parcel is in the air and then a next update makes it clear that it isn;t yet!

However - in a summary:

Shipment picked up 23/3
Arrived departure hub 26/3
Customs check - exit side - (took 5 mins) 27.3
Arrived in UK - 28/3
Cleared UK Customs (took 10 mins) - 30/3
Passed to local (UK) courier 31/3

I am expecting delivery tomorrow - if it arrives this will be exactly 2 weeks from order to delivery which i think is excellent.
