Lucy is the best! The Dial had some issues so Lucy was going back to the factory and it was fixxed. Then she tested the watch and the moment was not fully working (great service! thank you!) so she was going to the factory again it was fixxed.

Very pleased with her Great service and communication!

Ah yeah my fault its 2016
