Steve has been brilliant on WhatsApp, communication fantastic. Attempted a deposit on Revolut and failed miserably (on my part), so ordered in full by CC on 18/11 - expecting about 3 weeks before QC.

Reading around, the watch might be a bit too flash for a daily - considering a Panda now as well. Genuinely excited by the whole process tbh.

And so it begins

Just over 3 weeks now, no QC. Steve is contacting factory to understand what the delay is.

Interestingly another look at QC and I spotted an issue with the text. Called it out to Steve (after I approved it BTW), Steve was brilliant - confirmed the problem and ordered another watch. Downside is, I have to wait, but cannot fault steve - especially since I approved it, he would have been well within his rights to say 'it's shipped'.

Learning for me, don't QC with a hangover
