Update
Aug 3 (cont’d) - Li explained by email the next steps (e.g. QC email will be sent from so-and-so email address and provided an estimate of the number of business days until hearing back next from QC).
Aug 5 - Lana from QC emailed me with the first few photos, and also explained that a few pictures were not yet available.
Aug 6 - I emailed back with some questions about the watch QC (e.g. Indices positioning, amplitude running a bit high)
Aug 8 - Lana emails back noting that the amplitude was adjusted and the indices corrrected. Sent a few more pictures (including the missing ones for Lume and Movement). I approved the watch for shipping.
Aug 10 - Watch is shipped out
Aug 11 - Watch received (I live in Hong Kong). It was amazing, 1 day shipping time.
Very impressed with the service, professionality and efficiency of JTime.
On a side note, it was also pretty impressive to see the amount of protection on the watch when it shipped. Whether this is a JTime thing or a Clean Factory thing, I’m not sure. Every inch of the watch was covered in thin vinyl transparent stickers and the watch was packed securely in a great deal of bubble wrap and within a ziploc pouch, which was put inside a small box.
