I Ordered a clean factory rolex YM, received it today DOA with minutes marker broken in shipping, send email to them, lets see the response

They are going to offer you a small refund or to send it back for replacement.

Do NOT send it back to China. It will be on your own dime and likely go missing.

It's unfortunate but you will need to take the repair cost on the chin......

i send it back to china on my own costs yes and its okay, better a working than a broken watch
