First order problem- Seamaster 300m Black VSF V2

I ordered the watch on 31.01.
Received QC pictures 15.02.
Received watch two days ago.
In QC pictures watch was 1 sec ahead per day.

When i set the time, wind i realized the watch is faulty it loses 120 sec a day.

What should I do?

Sounds like it may have gotten a little banged up in shipping. First, make sure it has a full wind and give it some time to settle. Reach out to Andrew and see what he can offer.
