First order - Oyster Perpetual 41mm

I did my first order after talk with Steve on 3th of October 2023.
The communication was smooth at any moment.

Now waiting for the QC. I was advised it would take more than usual (aprox 2weeks) due lack of stock.

Finally I received the watch:

Good things:
- QC pictures received on time
- Quick deliver to Spain (17 days)
- Communication with Steve was perfect
- The most important, the watch looks AMAZING

Things that could be improved:
- When I asked for additional pictures as part of the QC, the provided pictures had really low quality.
- The error in the watch is around 7s/d, is my first watch but i think is too high
- The paper bag and box are not in perfect conditions, let say 90/100


Based on my experience, you can totally trust in the One Watches. And dont forget to be patient.

Hello.

I live in Spain as well, received tracking info on Monday 20th of November, and as of today it still doesn't show any updates on DHL tracking website. Steve told me it is normal since it is hot season and delays are to be expected. Did this happen to you as well? You said delivery took 17 days, at what point did your tracking info begin to update?

At the beginning there was no updates in the tracking, don't get nervous.
