Have bought from Trustytime my first order ever on 08.11.2020. Watch has arrived about month after payment but watch box is still somewhere. And tracking is not updating.

Yes, I have found that parcelsapp is better and showed detailed tracking that other apps didn't show. I went through the same thing and a member here suggested it to me.
If he works with this then i think he need to say - watch shipping is fast but all other takes 2 months.
after that i will cinsider to buy or not. In this case no any words about slow shipping, just to get money. All other.... will be ok.
This names as customer service in my oppinion and it is related stright with seller not logistic company.

You do realize it's all the same shipping speed right? Like your not going to get a priority for the more expensive item. We are dealing with illegal stuff here. The watch box is also illegal. TD uses their trust shipper. The shipper use whatever method that is currently the safest not fastest. It seems like your watchbox is confiscated since it's almost 2 months. It's better to just email Andrew about the box being stuck for 2 months than come here and act like he has anything to do with a shipping company.
No problems with tracking for me sometimes it takes awhile to update, it has nothing to do with trustytime, its the delivery company.
It doesn't matter at all with enough patience the watch will arrive eventually.

A false feedback indeed. Blame tracking on the TD and expecting Amazon service A to Z. As I said... Might wanna give Andrew an email about that box. Keep us UTD on that box.

of course you have the right to post feedback, but you have to post CORRECT feedback.. your title of "not so good impression" is not accurate, you should have put a better title like, "first time order with trusty + shipping company issue" or something like that..
