Total disaster!!

From the dial, to the caseback, to the strap. I can find these ugly replicas in Naples for €60.00. Obviously I asked for an immediate refund

Yesterday afternoon Steve assured me that he would reimburse the sum today.
An hour ago (it being now seven in the evening in China...) I asked (very rigorously via email) for information on the refund which I still haven't seen.

Steve replies that their Wise account is blocked, asking if I also have a PayPal account. of course I have it, I replied.

I’m thinking of buying an IWC from the same factory (different TD). Could you point out what is wrong with the watch in the photos? It looks dam good to my eyes. I see no different from the web page photos

if you look carefully at the photos on the web page, you will notice that the watch is completely different:
1)diameter
2) dial
3) case back
4) strap buckle
it's very simple

Thisis obviouslly not the same watch shown on website. Dealers are human and can make mistakes, there are sometimes dozens of different models/factories/versions for the same watch. Even I had to compare pics side to side before I realize watch in QC pics had solid case back when on the website it was a display one.
I'm surprised seller did not offer you a new watch, in any case let us know how the refund goes.

In fact, what I paid for is a ref. 3716, while they sent me the QC of 3714.
They don't have 3716 at all, they told me that they would eventually try to look for it calmly...
No refunds for now, but of course I will keep you informed. Good day

I didn't buy anything, so I don't have it.
