Adding my purchase journey.

Sept 8
Messaged Elliot on whatsapp asking for GMF Rolex DayDate, ice blue motif smooth bevel, tungsten. Elliot asked for a photo and came back quickly with a price. Made payment with Wise which I already had set up. Given purchase reference number. Told GMF slow and QC would be 10 days.

Sept 18.
Messaged Elliot on whatsapp. Quickly replied that GMF is slow. This week or next.

Sept 19.
Messaged Elliot on whatsapp. Ordered VSF Aqua Terra rubber strap. Asked for photo and payment made. QC expected 10 days.

That's all fine and dandy but your day to day journey is not what is helpful. Wait till you receive the watch. You can post all this information and help others to see how the process works. Also add pics of your watch.

Updating after watch delivery. It was a long wait.

Elliot was great and always responded quickly in whatsapp. My problem was ordering unpopular watches there were always a week or two away.

In the end I changed to a rolex no date sub and omega AT with ss strap. Both QC'ed in a few days and shipped / delivered in 10 days to the US.

Eliot was great to deal with and will use again. Just be aware it can be a long time if you order something unusual - factory wait times can be long and Eliot may not have good visibility when it will arrive.

QC was great. I questioned the no date sub because it was my first and I thought I saw problems that didnt exist but Eliot was great and gave me another QC quickly without giving me a hard time.
