Hello, everyone,
my name is Robert and I come from Bavaria / Germany.
I've always been a fan of the Speedmaster moonwatch black black and thanks to this wonderful forum I dared to order my first rep.

The watch is wonderfully processed and the thickness corresponds exactly to the information on its page.

The communication went perfectly. I'm already thinking about what it can be next.

I orderd it at 29.07.2021 and it was deliverd on 17.08.2021
I think this was very fast.

Hi there, now it gets interesting, because the clock is causing problems. It always stops when I wear it. The second hand is then always at the 12 o'clock position. Trusty now wants me to send the watch back at my own risk. (I know the Terms and so i am not angry about this) But I would rather send the watch to Master Hora first because I am concerned that it will be lost. Maybe it is easy to fix it. I asked if that was possible and if we could come to an agreement. I will report how it goes from here. Best regards

I would avoid to send the watch back to China in general. Give it to a local watchmaker and try to work something out with your TD - just as you have stated you plan to do.

The risk of it getting lost on it's journey around the world is just too high. If you are lucky it is an easy fix. Funny enough I had a similar issue with my very first rep years ago (never again since then), and it turned out to be a loose seconds hand that was touching the crystal from the inside at a certain angle. No problem to fix at all and it is still running strong and accurate today.

Today i sent the watch to Meister Hora.
Trusty told me, that he can only can only cover about USD20-30 for the service and repair fee for me.

I think that won't be enough, but now I'll first see what the problem is and what it costs.

Best to let a watchmaker repair + service the watch, after that, you probably enjoy the watch for at least a couple years

Das habe ich machen lassen, aber ich denke, das Werk das da verbaut wurde, ist wohl nicht das Gelbe vom Ei. Aktuell ist der Aufzug unglaublich schwer / nicht zu betätigen. Da schon relativ viel Geld in die Uhr geflossen ist werde ich das jetzt aber erstmal aushalten, denn die Automatik funktioniert einwandfrei.
