Ordered my first rep from Steve. He's very very professional and prompt. He's there to accommodate everything you would need and more. Here is the breakdown of my experience:
-First reached out to Steve via WhatsApp on Oct 19th. Asked for a specific watch and put a deposit down.
-Got QC pics after just two days on Oct 21st.
-Purchased a Deep Xtal as well, was supposed to have Steve install it for me but unfortunately I don't have a lot of time as I am traveling, I told Steve to just ship the xtal with the watch and i'll do the swap. QC sent of the Deep Xtal from Steve. Approved it.
-Paid for the watch in full on Oct 24th
-Steve sent tracking info on Nov 2nd. Steve sent second tracking number same day about 10 hours later (updated tracking #)
-Nov 3rd the package is already in route and in the US!!!
I haven't got the watch yet and don't know exactly when it's arriving as FedEx hasn't updated the tracking time yet (says "we'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving").
Unsure what that means as the package was already shipped to Alaska and then shipped to FedEx's distribution center in TN. Waiting for it to ship now to me. None of which is Steve's fault obviously.
All in all I am very pleased with Steve and will 100% be doing business with him again soon. I will update this thread as soon as I receive my watch. Hopefully soon!
