First order from Steve - Explorer 36 CF

Hello everyone, midway through the first order from Steve and wanted to share my experience here.
So far, communication with Steve has been superb. Very polite, easy and quick to communicate with.

A timeline of the events so far:

• 26-Nov 12:39: reached out to theOnewatches via WhatsApp
• 26-Nov 14:25: received reply from Steve with price and qc timings
• 26-Nov 18:11: agreed on offer and received transferwise details.
• 27-Nov 09:39: payment was made via Wise - was received in an instant

Throughout today (28-Nov) I have been in contact with Steve via WhatsApp/email and he is pretty quick to answer any of my questions.

As for the actual watch, it looks fine to my untrained eyes - apart from the rehaut being noticably misaligned:

Update #2: Steve was very understanding about my apprehensions with the rehaut and agreed to change to another piece.

Final Update:
The watch arrived and it's every bit as perfect as I had thought and hoped it would be! It has been going strong for the past month with no issues.
Very happy with Steve and the team at Theonewatches and I'd highly recommend them.
