Hi ,

I placed my first ever rep order and I found the model which I want at Puretime . The feedbacks also looked great so I placed the order.

2024.01.18. The order placed .
2024.01.19. The payment link was sent to me. I also done the payment on this day and sent back the requested the email when the payment is done .
2024.01.20. I received the confirmation about my payment and the information to it takes usually 2-3 weeks until the QC photos .

I'm looking forward for the QC photos . I'll update this post when I received them .

Until this everything is smooth .

I send email before I placed my order to check the stock . Your colleague Maire said yes these models are on stock just go with the order .

I placed the order and paid the watch . Now after a week you say there is no more of this watch ? I want refund or this model nothing else in accaptable by me because I asked before I placed the order .

I forget to mention I asked for the stock before I placed my order . They said they have it . Today they said sorry we cannot get them . I'm really angry because I asked for the stock before I placed the order and they lied to me .

Alice already got back to me after 1 hour of my email . As I didn't like the other models as a rep I asked for refund . I keep this post updated .

Again when we tell available, we are saying it's available at factory. TDs usually won't keep readily stocks. We can issue you a refund if you don't like waiting.

Hi , Yes please I need the refund as this order is getting out of control . I would wait more time but in the email you simply said it's not available choose different model not that to wait more time .
